Sometimes, what you are looking for is, quite simply, some advice. It might be about a contract you have been offered or it might just be about what to do regarding your current employment situation. You may or may not want to pursue a legal claim or sue anybody - you just want to know what your options are, and ultimately, what you should do. After hearing from hundreds of employees in similar situations, we have designed an offering for people in this situation.

This is a package for people who want top-notch, high-quality, straight-forward, pragmatic legal advice about an employment situation, but don’t really to spend an open-ended amount of money for this advice. We have designed this offering to meet this need, by asking you to put in some time and effort preparing for the meeting with the attorney.

Here is how our flat fee package works:

  1. You review and e-sign our limited engagement agreement online
  1. You answer some general background questions regarding points you'd like to cover during the conversation with the attorney, and upload relevant documents
  1. You pay a flat fee of $500.00 online
  1. You speak with the lawyer in a scheduled phone call or online video conference that you can schedule for a time that is convenient for you.

For most people, this is the end of the commitment. However, if you do determine, through this process, that you would like additional assistance, such as negotiating on your behalf for more severance pay, or the attorney editing the language of your agreement, etc., then we can discuss your options for next steps.  Otherwise, through this process you should have clarity not only about what your options are, what typically happens in situations like yours, and what the laws and regulations are, but also about what decision is right for you so that you can move forward with confidence.
